IF YOU SUBMITTED TO ANY OF OUR COMPETITIONS

Entry Payment Refund Policy: Please note, all entry payment fees are non-refundable. After receiving an entry payment, GSFF cannot issue a refund. If an entrant disputes a payment for any reason, they may be responsible for any transaction fees or related costs incurred by GSFF due to the dispute. GSFF reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to reject or disqualify any ineligible entries without providing a refund.

IF YOU PRE-ORDERED MERCHANDISE

Merchandise Pickup Instructions: If you pre-ordered merchandise online, your items will be available at the Main Merchandise table in the Berkeley Hotel Lobby. The purchaser must present a confirmation email as proof of purchase.  If items are not picked up by 12:00 PM on Sunday, March 30, 2025, they will be returned to general sales without a refund. Please note, all merchandise sales are final and non-refundable.

IF YOU PURCHASED A GSFF MEMBERSHIP

Membership Benefits Summary: By purchasing a membership, you’ll be added to our Membership database and will start receiving regular updates on upcoming events. Please note, all membership purchases are non-refundable.

IF YOU PURCHASED ATTENDANCE TO A SPECIAL EVENT

Event Ticket Information Update: If you’ve purchased a ticket for a special event—such as the Thursday Meet the Filmmakers Preview Event, Friday Night Gala Reception, or Sunday Evening Awards Banquet—your name will be added to the Hospitality List. You will receive an email notification with further details. Please bring your confirmation email, as it is required to collect your Badge, Pass, or Ticket. Please note that special event tickets are non-refundable.

IF YOU PURCHASED A PASS

Garden State Film Festival Pickup: If you purchased a Garden State Film Festival Pass (Parkway Pass, Weekend Wanderer, Saturday Day Pass, Sunday Day Pass) please bring a copy of your order confirmation to pick up your Pass at the Hospitality Table. Identification may also be required for verification at any GSFF venue.

Your Pass, along with additional information to help you navigate the Film Festival, will be provided at Hospitality.

To get access to the PRIORITY ACCESS Line (first access to films), be sure to pre-select your film blocks and events.

The main Hospitality Table is located in the Berkeley Hotel Lobby.

IF YOU PURCHASED A VIEWER’S CHOICE SINGLE SCREENING TICKET TO A FILM BLOCK OR EVENT

Box Office Process: If you pre-purchased a Garden State Film Festival Viewer’s Choice Ticket to a single screening block, please bring a copy of your order confirmation to the respective venue General Administration (GA) Line. Identification may also be required for verification.

Same Day Walk-Up Ticket Purchases: Viewer’s Choice Tickets for individual screening blocks can be purchased at EACH venue’s ON SITE Box Office on the day of the event, subject to availability.

The main Box Office is located at the Berkeley Hotel Lobby.
